This is a day late.
Not because I did not remember but I was holding off because I remember and feel so much.
There is still not a day when I don’t recall — when I see your chair, your picture, the house. There were still some unspoken conversations, you and I.
All the posts in the world are always not enough. I may turn this into a poem, an essay or book but it would not be sufficient to talk about you and how you were. I just know that I am the luckiest girl in the wold because God “assigned” you to me.
Thank you for the imperfect “You”, the real “You”, the You that we love. And so with this simple post, I just want to say happy father’s day.
